  • 2 Pieces Egg
  • 1/2 Pieces Finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp Parsley
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder

How to Make Spanish Omelette Recipe

STEP 01

Heat butter in pan and put chopped onion.

STEP 02

Sauté onion till pink in colour and add chopped potato.

STEP 03

Add salt and chilli powder, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.

STEP 04

Beat 2 eggs in a bowl and add parsley.

STEP 05

Add potato onion mixture in egg and beat again.

STEP 06

Heat the remaining butter and transfer this mixture in nonstick pan.

STEP 07

Cover and cook till one side become light brown, then flip it and cook from another side.

STEP 08

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
