STEP 1.Preheat at 400 degrees. Oil the insides of spaghetti squash with oil and sprinkle salt and pepper. Now cut in half and bake for 45 minutes. Take a large pan and add oil in it. When it heats add onion, carrot and celery. Stir fry until soft.
STEP 1.Stir in garlic, thyme and red pepper flakes after 5 minutes. Now add the beef and cook for another 5 minutes. Add marinara sauce and stir to mix. Allow to cook for 15 minutes.
STEP 1.Now remove squash and cool it down. Then make spaghetti like strands from it. Serve with sauce a bowl full of spaghetti.
