Ingredients for Spaghetti Squash Bolognese Recipe

  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 No.s large spaghetti squash
  • As required Salt and ground pepper
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced carrot
  • 3 No.s garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper
  • 900 gram ground beef
  • 2 No.s marinara sauce jar
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • As required Fresh basil

Directions: Spaghetti Squash Bolognese Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Preheat at 400 degrees. Oil the insides of spaghetti squash with oil and sprinkle salt and pepper. Now cut in half and bake for 45 minutes. Take a large pan and add oil in it. When it heats add onion, carrot and celery. Stir fry until soft.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Stir in garlic, thyme and red pepper flakes after 5 minutes. Now add the beef and cook for another 5 minutes. Add marinara sauce and stir to mix. Allow to cook for 15 minutes.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Now remove squash and cool it down. Then make spaghetti like strands from it. Serve with sauce a bowl full of spaghetti.
