  • 200 gram Spaghetti
  • 3-4 smoked sausages, small
  • 1/2 brown onion
  • 1/4 green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 4-5 tablespoon Ketchup
  • As required Salt
  • As required Parsley
  • As required Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions: Spaghetti Neapolitan Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cook the spaghetti with salt in a boiling water
  • STEP 2.Cut the sausages and slice the onion thinly
  • STEP 3.Heat a pan with oil
  • STEP 4.Add sausages, onions, pepper and cook for 2mins
  • STEP 5.Add cooked spaghetti and fry for 1min
  • STEP 6.Add ketchup and sprinkle with a little salt
  • STEP 7.Serve the pasta in a bowl and garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese
