Barilla arrabbiata pasta sauce

Parmesan cheese,  grated,  to serve

Remove the sausage meat from the casings. Roll the sausage meat into meatballs. (each sausage makes 4 meatballs.) spray a frying pan with olive oil spray and heat over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned. Add the pasta sauce and 150ml of water. Cook until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly.

Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water following pack instructions or until al dente. Drain and return pasta to the saucepan. Pour the meatball sauce over the pasta and gently mix through. Top with grated parmesan and basil leaves. Serve with steamed green beans.
