Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the soybeans until they are soft and tender.
  • STEP 2.Drain the soybeans and mash them using a fork or blender.
  • STEP 3.In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed soybeans, breadcrumbs, chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice.
  • STEP 4.Mix well until all the ingredients are combined and the mixture holds together.
  • STEP 5.Divide the mixture into equal-sized portions and shape them into patties.
  • STEP 6.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the patties until they are golden and crispy on both sides.
  • STEP 7.Remove the kababs from the pan and drain them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
