  • 1/4 Cup Basmati Rice (or any rice)
  • 1/2 Litre Water
  • 3/4 Tbsp Salt
  • 62.50 Gram Spinach leaves
  • 12.50 Gram Soyabean
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1.75 Pieces Onions
  • 1 Tbsp Desi ghee
  • 1/2 Tbsp Milk
  • 3 Pieces Saffron strings
  • 1/4 Tbsp Gram masala powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp Coriander powder
  • 37.50 Gram Curd
  • 1.25 Pieces Green chilli
  • 1/2 Tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 25 Gram Coriander leaves
  • 3.75 Gram Mint leaves
  • 1 Pieces Lemon slices
  • 1/2 Tbsp Gram flour
  • 0.13 Tbsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 0.13 Tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Pieces Cinnamon sticks
  • 1/4 Pieces Whole black cardamom
  • 1.75 Pieces Whole black pepper
  • 1.25 Pieces Whole cloves
  • 1/4 Pieces Bay leaves

  • STEP 1.SOYABEAN PALAK KABAB BIRYANI
  • STEP 2.INGREDIENTS:
  • STEP 3.Rice -1cup(soaked in water for 15 minutes)
  • STEP 4.Water-8/10 glass
  • STEP 5.Salt-according to taste
  • STEP 6.Spinach-250gm(blanched in water then make a paste)
  • STEP 7.Soyabean-50 gm(soaked in water then after squeeze the water grind in grinder jar)
  • STEP 8.Ginger Garlic Paste-4tsp
  • STEP 9.Onions-5-6(Sliced)
  • STEP 10.Desi Ghee-4 tbsp
  • STEP 11.Oil-for frying
  • STEP 12.Milk-2 tbsp
  • STEP 13.SaffronStrings-7/8(Soaked in milk)
  • STEP 14.Garam masala powder-1tsp
  • STEP 15.Coriander Powder-1 tap
  • STEP 16.Curd-150 gm
  • STEP 17.Green Chilli-3/4
  • STEP 18.Red Chilli powder-2 tsp
  • STEP 19.Coriander Leaves-1 large bowl
  • STEP 20.Mint Leaves-10/15
  • STEP 21.Lemon Slices-3/4
  • STEP 22.Gram Flour-2tsp
  • STEP 23.Roasted Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
  • STEP 24.Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

  • STEP 31.1-FOR RICE PREPERATION
  • STEP 32.Take a large bowl add water,Desi Ghee-1 TSP,salt 2 TSP, Bay Leaf-1, whole Black pepper, whole Black cardamom, whole cloves and boil it maximum.when water boils then add rice and boil rice on high flame for 3-4 minutes then slowdown the flame and cooked rice about 70 %.then drain the water from the rice and spread over a large plate to cool.
  • STEP 33.2-FOR SOYABEAN PALAK KABAB
  • STEP 34.Take a Bowl add grinded soyabean, Spinach paste -4 TSP,Desi Ghee-1 TSP, ginger Garlic Paste-1 TSP, chopped onion 1/2 bowl, gram Flour-2tsp, Roasted Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp, Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp,red Chilli powder1/2 tsp, turmeric powder 1/2 tsp and mix well.now kept 1/3 Part of this mixture seperate.now make small balls of the remaining mixture and fried in oil.now soyabean palak kabab is ready.
  • STEP 35.3-FOR GRAVEY
  • STEP 36.Take a Bowl add kabab mixture,curd,sliced onions (1large bowl),mint leaves,salt 1+1/2 tsp, coriander powder1tsp, Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp, Red chilli powder 1tsp, ginger Garlic Paste-1tsp and mix well and kept this mixture aside for 1/2 hrs.
  • STEP 37.Now take a kadai add desi ghee 3 tbsp.when ghee becomes hot then add marinated mixture and roast it well on slow flame until oil comes out.now add fried kabab and mix slowly.
  • STEP 38.4-FOR FRIED ONIONS
  • STEP 39.Take sliced onions 2 and fried in oil on high flame till onions becomes light brown in colour.fried onions are ready.
  • STEP 40.5-Now take a thik bottom pan,add first half portion of the rice and spread well.now add kababs then add gravy on it.now again spread remaining rice over gravy.now garnish with fried onions,mint leaves, chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, and some lemon slices.now add saffron milk(Saffron soked in milk).cover well with any plate so that air don't comes out.now kept this pan on any thick tava on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
