  • 1/2 Medium Sized Potatoes, Boiled And Mashed
  • 0.13 cup Mixed Vegetables, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the soya granules in water for a few minutes and drain.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled soya granules, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, ginger-garlic paste, and spices.
  • STEP 3.Mix well and shape the mixture into kababs.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kababs until golden brown on both sides.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
