  • STEP 2.Drain the water and squeeze out the excess moisture from the soya chunks.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add onions, ginger, and garlic. Saute until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add vegetables like carrots, beans, and cabbage. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add water, soya chunks, salt, black pepper powder, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
  • STEP 6.Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are cooked and the flavors are well combined.
