  • STEP 2.Drain the water and rinse the soya chunks with cold water.
  • STEP 3.Squeeze out the excess water from the soya chunks.
  • STEP 4.In a bowl, combine the soya chunks, chopped vegetables, and dressing.
  • STEP 5.Toss well to coat the vegetables and soya chunks with the dressing.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled.
