Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Cook the rice and keep it aside.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste, mint leaves, and spices. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add soya chunks and cook until they are soft and well-coated with the spices.
  • STEP 5.Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with raita or yogurt.
