20 g Soya bean-
1/5 tsp Chopped ginger-
0.60 tbsp Chopped onion -
0.60 tbsp Chopped Garlic -
0.40 tsp Chopped Green chilli -
6 g Butter -
0.60 tbsp refined oil -
0.40 nos Gondhoraj lemon -
1/10 tsp Chopped lemon leaves -
0.40 tbsp Coriander leaves -
1/5 tbsp corn flour-
60 g Flour -
Directions: Soya Gondhoraj Momo With Gondhoraj Dip Recipe
STEP 1.Gondhoraj momo-
STEP 2.Mix flour, salt, oil, and warm water and make a soft dough.
STEP 3.Filling- Boil soyabean and course grind it and also add ginger, garlic, chilli, coriander, lemon leaves and juice, butter and salt and mix it well.
STEP 4.Roll the dough and fill it with the stuffing. And then put the momos for steaming.
STEP 5.Gondhoraj dip-
STEP 6.Heat the pan, add butter, garlic, chilli and saute it for 4 minutes.
STEP 7.Next, add water, cornflour lemon extract and lemon juice. Mix it well and pour it in the pan. Boil it for about 3 minutes and then, it's ready to serve.
