  • 20 g Soya bean-
  • 1/5 tsp Chopped ginger-
  • 0.60 tbsp Chopped onion -
  • 0.60 tbsp Chopped Garlic -
  • 0.40 tsp Chopped Green chilli -
  • 6 g Butter -
  • 0.60 tbsp refined oil -
  • 0.40 nos Gondhoraj lemon -
  • 1/10 tsp Chopped lemon leaves -
  • 0.40 tbsp Coriander leaves -
  • 1/5 tbsp corn flour-
  • 60 g Flour -

Directions: Soya Gondhoraj Momo With Gondhoraj Dip Recipe

  • STEP 1.Gondhoraj momo-
  • STEP 2.Mix flour, salt, oil, and warm water and make a soft dough.
  • STEP 3.Filling- Boil soyabean and course grind it and also add ginger, garlic, chilli, coriander, lemon leaves and juice, butter and salt and mix it well.
  • STEP 4.Roll the dough and fill it with the stuffing. And then put the momos for steaming.
  • STEP 5.Gondhoraj dip-
  • STEP 6.Heat the pan, add butter, garlic, chilli and saute it for 4 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Next, add water, cornflour lemon extract and lemon juice. Mix it well and pour it in the pan. Boil it for about 3 minutes and then, it's ready to serve.
