Ingredients for Soya Chunks Pakoda Recipe

  • 1/2 cups Soya chunks
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 Pieces Green chilli
  • 1/4 Inch Ginger
  • 1.25 Pieces Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala
  • As Required salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat masala
  • 0.13 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 3/4 tbsp thick curd
  • 3/4 tbsp Corn flour
  • 3/4 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • As Required Chopped coriander
  • 1/4 inch Red food color
  • As Required Oil for deep fry

Directions: Soya Chunks Pakoda Recipe

  • STEP 1.To make Soya Chunks Pakoda, first take 2 cups of Soya chunks.
  • STEP 2.Now, place a wide pan on flame, add 2 cups of water, and boil.
  • STEP 3.When the water starts boiling, add all soya chunks into the water and cook for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 4.After 2 minutes, turn off the flame, drain the water, and let it cool.
  • STEP 5.Now gently squeeze all Soya chunks and remove the excess water.
  • STEP 6.Now take a chopper of grinding jar and add 3 green chilli, 1 inch of ginger, 5 garlic cloves, and chop coarse everything.
  • STEP 7.Now, add the chopped paste into the soya chunks.
  • STEP 8.Now add 2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 1 tsp of coriander seeds.
  • STEP 9.Now add 3 tbsp of thick curd, 3 tbsp of corn starch, 3 tbsp of all-purpose flour, and add some fresh chopped green coriander.
  • STEP 10.Now mix everything well and coat on all sides.
  • STEP 11.Now add 1 pinch of red food colour and mix well.
  • STEP 12.Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for deep frying and heat.
  • STEP 13.After oil turns hot, add coated soya chunks into oil one by one on medium flame.
  • STEP 14.Now rotate with a spoon and fry until crisp and golden.
  • STEP 15.Now transfer all soya Chunks Pakoda into a Plate and fry all Batches.
  • STEP 16.Now, we will make chutney and for this, take a grinding jar.
  • STEP 17.Now add coriander leaves, 1/4 cup of mint leaves, 2 green chillies, 1 inch of ginger, 2 tbsp of gram dal, 2pinch asafoetida, salt as per taste, 1/4 tsp of cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of black salt, 1 tsp of dry mango powder.
  • STEP 18.Now add 1 tsp of lemon juice, 2 tbsp of water, and grind everything well.
  • STEP 19.Now your Soya chunks Pakoda and Green chutney are ready, and you can enjoy them.
