Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the soya chunks in water for 5 minutes and then drain the water.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled soya chunks and add mashed potatoes, finely chopped onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Mix everything well to form a dough-like mixture. Divide the mixture into equal-sized portions and shape them into cutlets.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets until they turn golden brown on both sides.
  • STEP 5.Remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
