  • 3 No.s Onion
  • 3 No.s Tomato
  • 10 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 2 No.s Green chilli
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 1.50 glass Water
  • 1.25 tablespoon Salt
  • 200 gram Soya Chunks
  • 3 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Asafoetida powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Amchoor powder
  • 1 tablespoon Tea powder
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Kasuri methi
  • As required Few coriander leaves

  • STEP 1.Slice tomato

  • STEP 2.Chop onion

  • STEP 3.Grind sliced tomato,garlic cloves,green chilli,ginger and make a paste.

  • STEP 4.Add water,1 tbsp salt and boil soya chunks for 5 mins.

  • STEP 6.Add 1 tbsp tea powder in 1 glass of water.

  • STEP 7.Boil for 5 mins

  • STEP 8.Filter the tea decoration.

  • STEP 9.1.add 3 tbsp oil and heat it.

  • STEP 10.2,add cumin and chopped onions.

  • STEP 12.4.now add the grinded paste and saute for 3 mins.

  • STEP 17.9.add 2 glasses of water,cover and cook for 3 mins.

  • STEP 18.10.now add ¼ tbsp salt

  • STEP 19.11.add the filtered tea decoration in the gravy.

  • STEP 20.12.add garam masala,kasuri methi and mix it well.

  • STEP 21.13.sprinkle some coriander leaves.
