Soya cheese cutlets is a best snack recipe for kids as well as adults. Soya is a good source of protein. This recipe can be made from soya chunks or soya granuals combined with boiled potatoes and cottage cheese. These are deep fried but can be shellow fry or baked also. We also use them to make soya tikki burger, pulao, keema or pakora.

Ingredients for Soya Cheese Cutlets With Moong Sprout Guava Dip Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Soya chunks
  • as required Boiled potato
  • 1/4 cup Grated cheese
  • as required Bread crumbs
  • as required Onion
  • as required reen chilly as required
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilly flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mix herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Oil for frying
  • as required uava as required
  • 1/4 cup Moong sprouts
  • as required Salt
  • As Required Lemon juice

Directions: Soya Cheese Cutlets With Moong Sprout Guava Dip Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak soya chunks in warm water for five minutes. Squeeze of the excess water.
  • STEP 2.Add soya chunks and green chilly in a blender and blend them to a coarse texture.
  • STEP 3.Add bread slices in a grinder and grind it for bread crumbs.
  • STEP 4.Grate potatoes in a bowl.
  • STEP 5.Add onions, bread crumbs, soya mixture, salt, chat masala, red chilly flakes, garlic powder and mix herbs in it. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add grated cheese in it. Mix well.
  • STEP 7.Heat oil in a pan.
  • STEP 8.Divide the mixture in to equal portions and make round balls. Flatten them with your palm.
  • STEP 9.Deep fry these cutlets until golden and crispy.
  • STEP 10.Drain out on absorbent paper.
  • STEP 11.It's ready.
  • STEP 12.FOR GUAVA MOONG SPROUTS DIP-
  • STEP 13.Add guava, green chilly , moong sprouts , salt and lemon into a grinder jar and grind into a smooth paste
