Ingredients for Soya Chaap Masala Recipe

  • As required Ingredients for Marination
  • 8 stick Soya
  • 1/2 Curd bowl
  • 6 tablespoon Oil
  • As required Spices for marination kashmiri red chilli powder,garam masala,roasted cumin powder and salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • As required Ingredients for Gravy
  • 3 No.s Onions
  • 2-3 No.s Tomatoes
  • 2 No.s Green chillies
  • 1 Ginger
  • 5-6 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 3 Cloves
  • 6 Black peppercorns
  • 2 Cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon Kasuri methi
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

  • STEP 1.Preparations for marination

  • STEP 2.Boil soya sticks for 2-3 mins

  • STEP 3.Remove the sticks and cut soya into pieces.

  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and fry soya pieces on low flame.

  • STEP 5.Now marinate the fried soya chaap.

  • STEP 6.Marinade-½ bowl fresh curd, kashmiri red chilli powder,salt,,roasted cumin powder and garam masala as per taste.

  • STEP 7.Now mix the marinade,ginger garlic paste and soya chaap well in a bowl.

  • STEP 8.Keep it for 15-20 mins.

    • STEP 10.Grind and make a paste of-tomatoes,green chillies,garlic cloves and ginger.

    • STEP 11.1.heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.

    • STEP 12.2.now add bay leaf,cloves, cardamom.

    • STEP 13.3.then add chopped onions and saute.

    • STEP 16.6.add coriander powder, kashmiri powder and little water.

    • STEP 18.8.add marinated soya chaap and mix well gently.

    • STEP 19.9.add water and stir it for 2-3 mins.

    • STEP 20.10.now add sugar,kasuri methi and garam masala.

    • STEP 21.11.cover it and cook it on low flame for 5-6 mins.

    • STEP 22.12.garnish it with coriander leaves.
