  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste

  • 1/4 Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Chopped

  • 1/2 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/4 tablespoon Soy Sauce

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, combine soya chunks, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Mix well and let the soya chunks marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai for frying.
  • STEP 4.Deep-fry the marinated soya chunks until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 5.Remove the fried soya chunks from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • STEP 6.In a separate pan, heat a little oil and add chopped onions, green chilies, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 7.Saute until the onions turn translucent.
  • STEP 8.Add tomato ketchup, soy sauce, and red chili sauce to the pan and mix well.
  • STEP 9.Add the fried soya chunks to the pan and toss until they are coated with the sauce.
  • STEP 10.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.

Storage and Serving

  • Soya 65 is best served hot and fresh.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
