  • 1/2 cup Chopped romain lettuce can use iceburg or spinach
  • 0.38 Hard boiled eggs
  • 0.13 can Pinto beans drained and rinsed
  • 0.63 piece Bacon cooked drained and chopped
  • 0.06 cup Red onion chopped
  • 0.06 cup Each of sweet peppers i used one red, orange and yellow
  • 0.03 cup Ranch dressing
  • 0.06 cup Picante salsa i use mild, if you like it spicy, use a hotter salsa
