Ingredients for Air Fryer Southwest Chicken Burritos Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/4 Package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1.38 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 can Sweet corn, drained
  • 1/4 can Diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 tablespoon Taco seasoning
  • 1 Nos Flour tortillas, burrito size
  • 1/4 Tbsp Olive Oil, For Brushing
  • As required Sour cream, for garnish

Directions: Air Fryer Southwest Chicken Burritos Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Pre-heat the air-fryer to 175C.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl combine the chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, black beans, sweet corn, tomatoes and taco seasoning. Mix it all well.
  • STEP 3.Add portions of the mixture into the center of a tortilla shell. Fold in the sides, roll the burrito and tighten it properly, till the filling is secured.
  • STEP 4.Spray the outside of the shell with cooking spray or drizzle a little olive oil. Place into preheated air fryer for 5-6 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Flip and brush the other side of the burrito with olive oil. Cook for 5 more minutes.

Cooking Tips

  • Use shredded rotisserie chicken. It is perfect for the dish.
  • Use cooking spray instead of oil to further reduce calories.

Serving Tips

  • Serve the burritos with the side of sour cream and salsa.
