  • STEP 1.In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, besan (gram flour), turmeric powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, and dried red chilies.
  • STEP 3.Add the yogurt mixture to the pan and cook on low heat until it thickens.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pan, heat ghee and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and fenugreek seeds.
  • STEP 5.Add the tempering to the curry and simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
