  • 1/4 onion sliced
  • 1/4 Green chili
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 1-1.25 Curry leaves
  • 0.13 tablespoon Black peppercorns
  • As required Salt
  • As required oil for deep frying
  • 1/4 cup TO MAKE SAMBAR: Toor dal
  • 1.50 Shallots
  • 1/4 carrot peeled and chopped into chunks
  • 1/2 tomatoes sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sambar powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Red chili powder
  • 0.13 cup tamarind extract
  • tablespoon ĵ turmeric powder
