  • 25 gram Roasted unsalted peanuts
  • 1.25 Cayenne peppers
  • 3/4 Thai chilies
  • As required Chinese celery leaves finely chopped
  • As required Crispy fried shallots/bawang goreng
  • 1/2 Large potatoes peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1/4 Large tomato quartered
  • As required Prawn crackers
