  • STEP 1.Clean and marinate the Hilsa fish with turmeric powder and salt.
  • STEP 2.Grind mustard seeds, green chilies, and a pinch of salt to make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 3.Heat mustard oil in a pan and fry the fish until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Remove the fish from the pan and keep aside.
  • STEP 5.In the same pan, add the mustard paste and cook for a few minutes.
