Ingredients for Sorrel Recipe

  • 1/4 cup dried Sorrel
  • 8.50 gram fresh grated Ginger
  • 1/5 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.07 cup white Rum
  • 1/5 cup White sugar
  • 1/2 No.s pimento berries
  • 1 cup Boiling water

Directions: Sorrel Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl take sorrel, ginger, pimento berries and soak them in hot water.
  • STEP 2.Give it a stir and keep it in the refrigerator and let steep overnight.
  • STEP 3.Drain the water and add sugar, lemon juice and rum to the sorrel.
  • STEP 4.Give it a stir and serve chilled
