  • STEP 1.Peel and grate the bottlegourd. Squeeze out the excess water.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat ghee and add the grated bottlegourd. Cook until it becomes soft.
  • STEP 3.Add milk and let it simmer on low heat until the kheer thickens.
  • STEP 4.Add sugar, cardamom powder, and chopped nuts. Mix well.
