  • 0.08 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.17 tablespoon Shortening
  • 0.06 cup Water
  • As required Honey

  • STEP 1. in a bowl take flour, baking powder, salt, shortening and water. combine everything and make a firm dough.

  • STEP 1. heat some oil in a pan and fry the sopapillas in it until they turn golden brown.

  • STEP 1. drizzle some honey on top and your delicious sopapillas are ready to be served.
