  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine semolina, yogurt, chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, salt, and water. Mix well to form a thick batter.
  • STEP 2.Spread the batter evenly on one side of the bread slices.
  • STEP 3.Heat a non-stick pan or tawa and place the bread slices, batter side down, on it.
  • STEP 4.Cook on medium heat until the bottom side turns golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 5.Flip the bread slices and cook the other side until it becomes crispy.
  • STEP 6.Remove from heat and cut the toast into triangles or squares.
  • STEP 7.Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
