  • 0.67 Cup Sooji
  • 0.33 Cups Curd
  • As Required Salt
  • 0.33 Packet Eno
  • 0.33 Tsp Red chilli powder

Directions: Sooji Khatta Dhokla Recipe

  • STEP 1.Combine sooji, curd, salt, lemon juice, some water and garlic green chillies pastes. combine. Add more water if required .The consistency should be a bit looser than the handva batter.
  • STEP 2.Heat dhokla steamer.
  • STEP 3.Just at the time of streaming, add eno nd gently mix ..
  • STEP 4.Immediately pour it into the plate - make 2 plates from one batch. It will make thin and super soft dhokla. Sprinkle some red chilli powder and then put to steam.
  • STEP 5.After 10 minutes ready to serve your khatta dhokla...
