  • 1/4 cup samolina
  • 3/4 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 Pieces chilli fined chopped
  • 1/4 inch ginger finally chopped
  • 1/4 tbsp 1/2 tbsp
  • 0.06 cup Dessicated coconut
  • 3/4 tbsp Oil
  • 0.13 tsp Mustard
  • 0.13 tsp cumin (Jeera)
  • 1/2 Pieces Lemon
  • 0.13 cup Chopped coriander leaves
  • 0.13 tbsp Urad daal
  • 0.13 g Channa daal
  • 1.25 pieces kaju
  • 1/4 Pieces Red Chillies
  • 0.06 tbsp Tumeric powder
  • 0.06 tbsp Spoon salt

Directions: Sooji Coconut Ball Recipe

  • STEP 1.🌿First of all suji is roasted five minutes. Then keep aside.
  • STEP 2.🌿After than take a pan put on the gas flame, add two table spoon of oil, when heated add chopped green chillis and ginger, mix well, shouted very well.

  • STEP 4.Then add water, then put one table spoon of salt, mix well then add, coconut here.

  • STEP 7.🌿In the next step add roasted suji here,stir continuously, no lumps should be arises, water should be fully absorbed, and this has been cook upto three minutes at simmer because of soft and fluffy.

  • STEP 13.🌿Then take a pan, put on the gas flame add three table spoon of oil, heat them then at medium low flame, put urad daal, channa daal, 5 cloves of kaju.

  • STEP 16.🌿After then put steamed suji balls Saute and mix well then add Tumeric powder and salt then mix again.
