  • 0.67 pieces 2 to 3 Large chicken pieces
  • As Required oil. & Butter
  • 1.33 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
  • 0.67 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp 1 1/2 tsp
  • 0.33 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.17 Tsp lemon (juiced)
  • A Pinch Food colour
  • 0.67 Pieces Cinnamon sticks
  • 0.33 tbsp Black peppercorns
  • 1 Pieces brown cardamom
  • 0.67 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 0.67 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Pieces Cloves
  • 0.33 Pieces Bay leaf
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric

Directions: Smokey Tandoori chicken without tandoor/ microwave #ChickenRecipes #FEM5K

  • STEP 1.1 . Firstly clean the chicken peices and marinade with curd, ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, pinch food colour lemon and some salt.
  • STEP 2.2. Refrigerate it for 2 to 3 hours
  • STEP 3.3. Then in gas oven put a kadhai and add some butter and oil. Put the marinade chicken peices and saute it in light flame..Until chicken peices becomes soft.
  • STEP 4.4. When chicken peices becomes soft took each and every peice and burn it in a low flame for a nice smokey flavour.
  • STEP 5.5. Served it with mayonnaise.
