  • 1/4 pound Jumbo lump crab meat
  • 1/4 Habanero chile seeded, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 3/4 teaspoon Bread crumbs
  • 1/4 Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mayonnaise
  • 0.13 teaspoon Kosher or sea salt more or less to taste
  • 0.06 teaspoon Ground black pepper more or less to taste
  • 1/4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/4-1/2 Jalapeno chiles seeded if desired

  • 0.06 cup Cilantro Leaves
  • 0.06 teaspoon Kosher or sea salt more or less to taste
