Traditional sweet tea time snack. Ari Unda/ Rice Ladoos are one of the traditional sweets of Kerala. It is prepared during festival time. It is an Indian dessert that are crunchy in taste.
STEP 1.Wash and drain matta rice. Roast cashew nuts without adding oil/ghee.

STEP 1.Grate jaggery. heat a kadai, add the matta rice and roast it in medium flame for 10-15mins. Stir it continuously.
step 3
STEP 1. turn off the flame. Let it cool down. take a jar and add matta rice and cashew nuts. Grind it. Transfer it to a bowl.
step 4
STEP 1.add 3tsp grated jaggery, a pinch of salt and 6tsp grated coconut in the jar and whip it. Add this to the prepared powder. Mix well.
step 5
STEP 1. make balls with the mixture. soft ari unda is ready to be served.
