  • 1/4 tablespoon Yellow miso
  • 1/2 part Scallions, whiteonly
  • 1/4 inch Fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1/4 Large clove garlic, peeled
  • 1/4 Star anise
  • 0.06 cup Mirin
  • 0.06 cup Lite rice vinegar
  • 0.06 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon Harissa
  • 1/4 Clove garlic, put through a garlic press or finely minced
  • 0.06 teaspoon Grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 Packets of organic soba noodles
  • 1/2 tablespoon Canola oil, divided
  • 1 Baby bok choy, rinsed well, sliced in 0.5 lengthwise
  • 0.13 Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 Package fresh shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • As required Green tops from scallions, sliced on the bias, for garnish
