- 1 teaspoon Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 2 sprig Curry leaves
- 2 Green chillies slit
- 2 Snake gourd peeled, halved, deseed and cut into thin slices Nos
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup Freshly grated coconut
- As required Salt

How to Make Snake Gourd Thoran Recipe

STEP 01
In a preheated pan add1 tsp oil, ½ tsp mustard seeds and allow them to crackle. Then add 2 sprigs curry leaves, 2 slit green chillies and stir for a few seconds.

Next add 2 snake gourd, peeled, halved, deseed and cut into thin slices. Add salt to taste and mix well.

Then sprinkle a little water over the vegetable and cover till the snake gourd is cooked but still firm.

Add ½ tsp turmeric powder and ½ cup freshly grated coconut. Mix well. Turn off the heat.
