  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cream
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and saut茅 for a minute. Then add the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
  • STEP 3.Add the powdered spices - turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add the roasted paneer cubes and mix gently. Cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
  • STEP 5.Finally, add butter and cream to the gravy and mix well. Cook for a minute and remove from heat.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
