  • 1/4 cup 5 oz all purpose or white whole wheat flour
  • 0.38 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup non fat Greek yogurt, not regular, drained if there's any liquid
  • As required olive oil spray
  • As required Everything Bagel Seasoning, store bought or homemade
  • 0.13 red onion, peeled and sliced into thin strips
  • 1/4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 ounce 1/2 cup 1/3 less fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 beefsteak tomato, sliced thin
  • 1 ounce smoked salmon or nova lox
  • 1/2 tablespoon capers, drained
  • As required fresh dill, for garnish
  • 1 cup For gluten free I suggest Cup flour
