How to Make Smoked Pork With Ghost Chillies Recipe

STEP 01

Wash the smoked pork with warm water nicely. Cut them into medium cubes and add them in a pot with green chillies, potatoes & tomatoes.

STEP 02

Add salt and suffecient water. Mix them in a boil, cover the pan and cook the pork well. Cooking time differs according to the tenderness of the meat.

STEP 03

Take a mortar and pestle after that mash the potatoes, tomatoes and green chillies one by one. And add them back to the pot, adjust the gravy consistency by adding water as per required.

Add some crushed sichuan peppercorns to the curry, bring it to a boil.
