  • 300 piece Smoked pork, cut into small gms
  • 4 No.s Dried ghost chillies
  • 4 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 No.s Onion
  • As required Salt

Directions: Smoked Pork With Ghost Chillies Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the smoked pork with warm water nicely. Cut them into medium cubes and add them in a pot with green chillies, potatoes & tomatoes.
  • STEP 2.Add salt and suffecient water. Mix them in a boil, cover the pan and cook the pork well. Cooking time differs according to the tenderness of the meat.
  • STEP 3.Take a mortar and pestle after that mash the potatoes, tomatoes and green chillies one by one. And add them back to the pot, adjust the gravy consistency by adding water as per required.
  • STEP 4.Dry roast the momgmomg chang and crush them with the help of motar and pestle.

  • STEP 5.Add some crushed sichuan peppercorns to the curry, bring it to a boil.
