  • 1/5 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/10 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/10 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/20 teaspoon Salt

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat and brown the pork carnitas on all sides.
  • STEP 2.Remove the pork from the pot and set aside. In the same pot, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
