  • 1/4 inch Galangal
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a blender, blend the spice paste ingredients until smooth.
  • STEP 2.In a skillet, brown the beef in batches and transfer to a slow cooker.
