  • 1 Center cut pork chops
  • As required Salt pepper
  • 1/4 cup Chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 1/4 Nos Onion: small
  • 1/2 Nos minced garlic ( cloves)
  • 0.13 Cup Bbq sauce
  • 1/4 Tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Paprika

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar and paprika. Set aside.
  • STEP 2.Place the sliced onions and minced garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker. Lay the seasoned pork chops on top of the onions. Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the pork chops.
  • STEP 3.Add the chicken broth to the slow cooker.
  • STEP 4.Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • STEP 5.Once the pork chops are cooked through and tender, you can serve them with the leftover sauce from the cooker.

Cooking Tips

  • When you add the chicken broth to the slow cooker, make sure the liquid is distributed evenly.

Serving Tips

  • You can garnish the pork chops with fresh parsley or green onions for a pop of colour and wow your guests!
