  • 25 milliliter Verjuice
  • 150 gram Kipfler potatoes, quartered lengthways
  • 30 gram Green olives
  • 1/2 Lemon, thickly sliced
  • As required Fresh parsley & more lemon, to garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon Virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Parsley or mint, roughly chopped
