  • 0.33 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 0.72 ounce Cans diced green chilies
  • 0.33 tablespoon Gluten free flour, any kind, i used bob's red mill gluten free baking flour
  • 0.39 cup Low sodium chicken broth
  • 0.06 cup Dairy free milk or any preferred milk product
  • 0.33 cup Cooked, shredded or chopped chicken
  • 1.67 ounce 2 cans reduced sodium white beans, such as white kidney beans, cannellini or great northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • 0.14 cup Frozen corn or canned, drained
  • 0.11 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 0.11 tablespoon Cumin
  • 0.06 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.06 teaspoon Salt, Or To Taste
  • 0.06 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.06 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 0.03 teaspoon Cayenne pepper, optional, don't use if you don't like spicy
  • 0.03 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • As required For serving:fresh lime wedges, jalapeno slices, avocado slices, dairy free yogurt, dairy free shredded cheese and back to nature crackers
