Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a large skillet and sauté the eggplant slices until golden brown. Set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • STEP 4.Add onions, garlic, and spices to the skillet and cook until onions are softened.
