  • STEP 3.Slowly add the roasted rice flour to the sugar syrup while continuously stirring to avoid lumps.
  • STEP 4.Cook the mixture on low heat until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  • STEP 5.Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Shape the mixture into small cylindrical or oval shapes.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with chopped nuts like almonds or pistachios. Serve the delicious Sitabhog as a dessert.
