  • 1/2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 Spring Onions, Chopped

Directions: Singapore-style Noodles Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • STEP 2.In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger, and curry powder. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  • STEP 4.Add the sliced bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • STEP 5.Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
  • STEP 6.Add the cooked rice noodles, cooked shrimp, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  • STEP 7.Garnish the Singapore-style noodles with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
