Ingredients for Singapore Noodles Stir Fry Recipe

  • 100 gram Thin rice noodles
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 No.s Eggs
  • 2 No.s Spring onions
  • 0.30 Ginger picece
  • 2 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 3 No.s Red chillies
  • 1 No.s Carrot
  • 50 gram Bean sprout
  • 4 tablespoon Peanut oil
  • As required Salt
  • As required Coriander leaves A few

Directions: Singapore Noodles Stir Fry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 soak 100 gm thin rice noodles in hot water for 1 hour until soft, then remove, drain and keep aside.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 in a wok heat 2 tbsp peanut oil, add 2 whisked eggs. Stir for 1 minute till scrambled and cooked. Then remove.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 heat another 2 tbsp oil, add 2 thinly sliced spring onions, 3 thinly sliced red chillies, 3 mm finely chopped ginger, 2 finely chopped cloves and stir.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 add 1 carrot cut into thin threads, 1 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 50 gm bean sprouts and stir fry for 1 minute.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 add the fried eggs and stir together.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 then add the noodles and salt to taste and stir fry for 3 minutes.

step 7

  • STEP 7.7 transfer onto a dish and serve.
