How to Make Sindhi Sai Bhaji Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

In a preheated pan add 4 cloves garlic chopped, 1 inch ginger chopped, 2 onions finely chopped. Saute till onions are soft and begin to change colour.

STEP 01

Add ½ cup carrots chopped small, ½ cup green beans cup small, 1 small green mango finely chopped, ½ cup bottle gourd (louki) cut small, 1 tomato finely chopped, 1 cup methi leaves finely chopped,½ cup dill finely chopped, 1 cup spinach leaves finely chopped, ¼ cup green moong dal soaked, ¼ cup chana dal washed and soaked.

STEP 01

To this add 1 tbsp coriander (dhaniya) powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi) powder, salt to taste and 3 cups water. Mix all the ingredients together. Pressure cook for 15 to 20 minutes andallow the pressure to release naturally.
