Ingredients for Sindhi Sai Bhaji Recipe

  • 4 No.s Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger chopped
  • 2 No.s Onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Carrots chopped small
  • 1/2 cup green beans cut small
  • 1 No.s Small green mango finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Bottle gourd cut small
  • 1 No.s Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 cup Methi leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Dill finely chopped
  • 1 cup Spinach leaves finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green moong dal soaked
  • 1/4 cup Chana dal
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder powder
  • As required Salt
  • 3 cup Water for pressure cooking

Directions: Sindhi Sai Bhaji Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a preheated pan add 4 cloves garlic chopped, 1 inch ginger chopped, 2 onions finely chopped. Saute till onions are soft and begin to change colour.

  • STEP 1.Add ½ cup carrots chopped small, ½ cup green beans cup small, 1 small green mango finely chopped, ½ cup bottle gourd (louki) cut small, 1 tomato finely chopped, 1 cup methi leaves finely chopped,½ cup dill finely chopped, 1 cup spinach leaves finely chopped, ¼ cup green moong dal soaked, ¼ cup chana dal washed and soaked.

  • STEP 1.To this add 1 tbsp coriander (dhaniya) powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi) powder, salt to taste and 3 cups water. Mix all the ingredients together. Pressure cook for 15 to 20 minutes andallow the pressure to release naturally.
