Ingredients for Sindhi pakora Recipe

  • 1/2 gram besan / gram flour
  • 1/4 Cups Onion
  • 1/4 Pieces Green chilies
  • 0.06 cup Coriander leaves
  • 3/4 tbsp Mint leaves
  • 1/4 tbsp Whole coriander seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Anardana
  • 1/2 pinches Baking soda
  • 0.06 tsp Red chili powder
  • to taste Salt
  • As Required Oil to fry

Directions: Sindhi Pakora Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix all the ingredients except oil to form smooth thick batter.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a kadai and drop big chunks of batter. Fry over medium flame until half done.
  • STEP 3.Keep it aside
  • STEP 4.Just before serving, cut pakoras into smaller pieces.
  • STEP 5.Deep fry pakoras until crisp over low-medium heat
  • STEP 6.Drain excess oil over kitchen tissue. Serve hot with mint chutney or sauce
