Ingredients for Sinangag Recipe

  • 2 cup Rice
  • 4 Nos garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon scallions
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon black pepper powder

Directions: Sinangag Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Using the back of the fork crush the rice

step 2

  • STEP 2.Mince garlic cloves

step 3

  • STEP 3.Remove the roots of spring onions and slice them thinly

step 6

  • STEP 4.1.heat oil in a pan at medium flame

step 7

  • STEP 5.2.saute the minced garlic and cook for 3 mins

step 8

  • STEP 6.3.then add the spring onions and saute it continuously

step 9

  • STEP 7.4.now toss the rice,minced garlic,spring onions to mix evenly with the oil

step 10

  • STEP 8.5.sprinkle some salt and pepper and cook it for another 3 mins

step 11

  • STEP 9.6.garnish with crispy garlic and sliced spring onions
