How to Make Sinangag Recipe
STEP 01
Using the back of the fork crush the rice
STEP 02
Mince garlic cloves
STEP 03
Remove the roots of spring onions and slice them thinly
STEP 04
1.heat oil in a pan at medium flame
STEP 05
2.saute the minced garlic and cook for 3 mins
STEP 06
3.then add the spring onions and saute it continuously
STEP 07
4.now toss the rice,minced garlic,spring onions to mix evenly with the oil
STEP 08
5.sprinkle some salt and pepper and cook it for another 3 mins
STEP 09
6.garnish with crispy garlic and sliced spring onions
