Ingredients for Simple Onion Pakoda... Recipe

  • 1 cup Sliced onion
  • 1/4 tbsp chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 cup Besan
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 0.13 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic paste
  • 0.13 tsp Ginger paste
  • 0.06 tsp ajwain
  • 1/4 tbsp Oil
  • 0.13 cup Chopped dhania patta
  • as required Oil for frying

Directions: Simple Onion Pakoda... Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a mixing bowl , add onion & green chilli .
  • STEP 2.Now add besan , salt & ajwain , mix it well . Add lil water , mix it nicely. U can add lil more besan if the batter is thin .
  • STEP 3.In goes all the other ingredients one by one , mix it well .
  • STEP 4.Now add dhania patta , mix it thoroughly . Rest it for 15 minutes .
  • STEP 5.Take a wok , add good amount of oil , heat it .
  • STEP 6.Moderate the flame , drop small portions of the batter in the hot oil . Deep fry them until light brown .
  • STEP 7.Take out on an absorbent paper , plate it .
  • STEP 8.Can be served along with chutney , sauce or any dip .
