STEP 1.Take a mixing bowl , add onion & green chilli .
STEP 2.Now add besan , salt & ajwain , mix it well . Add lil water , mix it nicely. U can add lil more besan if the batter is thin .
STEP 3.In goes all the other ingredients one by one , mix it well .
STEP 4.Now add dhania patta , mix it thoroughly . Rest it for 15 minutes .
STEP 5.Take a wok , add good amount of oil , heat it .
STEP 6.Moderate the flame , drop small portions of the batter in the hot oil . Deep fry them until light brown .
STEP 7.Take out on an absorbent paper , plate it .
STEP 8.Can be served along with chutney , sauce or any dip .
